Tell me about farming 

Program: Urban farm

Location: Delft- NETHERLANDS

« What is on our plates ? » At a time  when many questions are being asked about our food, self-production seems to be a pertinent answer. An urban farm project also has a social dimension and brings together the different residents of a neighborhood.

The project combines several programs and is divided according to different cycles. Even though the initial aim is to teach the younger generation how to cultivate the land, the project takes multiple agricultural forms: vegetable gardens, hydroponics and aquaponics distributed in different volumes. The freshly grown products are then sold at the temporary market and served at the restaurant located at the highest point of the project.
